Pegine is founder of Power Women Global an initiative for women in leadership and business with over 5,000 members. She is founder of Power Women PRO for women speakers, experts and authorities with over 600 global members.

Pegine goes by her first name only. If first names are good enough for Oprah, Shakira and Beyoncé then it is good enough for her.

Society of Human Resource Management named Pegine 1 of 100 thought leaders on Diversity and Inclusion. Pegine is an expert in women in leadership and business. Pegine testified before the Military Leadership Diversity Task Force sponsored by the Black Congressional Caucus and before congressional members on women and Latinas in the workplace.

Pegine is the only Latina and one of eight women inducted into the 60-member Motivational Speaker Hall of Fame, others include Anthony Robbins and Jack Canfield. Her company was named the #3 Fastest Growing Privately Own Companies in North Florida.

She was named as one of three Women Who ROCK IN BUSINESS. Pegine received the award at the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Conference by Macy's and Minority Business Enterprise Magazine. Her company received from the Department of Defense the rare rating of EXCELLENT for contracts over a million dollars. Clients include ten percent of the Fortune 500 global corporations, twelve percent of Direct Selling News North American Top 50 and all branches of the US military.

A former Bronx gang member she is a true American success story. She left the gang by going to Spain where she opened two business by the time she was 18. She sold them at a profit. Her company, Team Pegine, was named North Florida's #3 Fastest Growing Privately Owned Company.
