About Leigh
Leigh Carter is a revenue-forward multiplier who relies on data and innovation to guide pre-sales and sales professionals to their strongest, most personally rewarding experiences. From hyper-paced, bootstrapped, start-ups to tenured, highly structured organizations, she’s developed her team members to grow their careers while achieving goals in the larger organization.
Strong inter-generational communication skills, empathy, and an ability to create a vision that resonates with people and aligns with larger goals are some of her strengths. A life-long learner, Leigh worked and learned from with numerous business leaders and their executive teams in manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, retail, and technology.
Leigh is an active Director on the board of a fast-growing agricultural manufacturer and construction company, and have played a key role in re-platforming our business applications. Her focus is on ensuring people development and technological innovations are maximized. To date she has advised on our CRM, MRP, and e-commerce selections and implementations.
Leigh is highly focused on multiplying the strengths and successes of others, and is recognized for her ability to be a rallying force in organizations undergoing change. As a leader who has both celebrated successes and learned and re-tooled when success didn't happen, she brings a culture of growth, inclusiveness, openness, and engagement.
As a former Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa, Leigh helps organize an annual retreat for my fellow RPCV's. She is involved in national Peace Corps events and are planning an in-country reunion to celebrate their group anniversary.
