About Laura

Laura is a talent booster by heart and is on a mission to help women and people of color raise their game. She is the creator of the Dare with GraceTM program, designed to help women boost their confidence by connecting with their strengths. Laura is currently working at T-Mobile in the Executive Development team where she helps to increase participation of underrepresented groups and build a more inclusive culture at executive levels. She is the founder of the Latinas in Seattle Network that has as a mission to help Latinas unlock their potential by embracing their culture. Within Lean In Seattle Chapter, she helps to run the DEI strategy. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks and trying new food with her husband Federico and daughter Mia.
