About Kimchi
Kimchi Chow is the Founder and CEO of Asian Women of Power, and the Host of Asian Women of Power podcast.
Kimchi is passionate to help Asian women leaders to fully integrate Western and Eastern cultures in their life/business/career so that they can speak up, stand up and show up powerfully and confidently, and help them create the life that they love with joy and harmony.
Born and raised in Vietnam, Kimchi is the first generation of immigrants in America. She experienced firsthand what it feels like living in a patriarchal system. After four decades of constant conflicts in values between Asian and American, Kimchi knows what it takes for Asian women to be successful, happy, and fulfilled in life.
Kimchi’s mission is to empower Asian women to speak their truth, to stand up for their rights, and to show up for what they believe in. Her dream is to transform the Asian culture and to create equality for all women at home and work.
Kimchi had served in several non-profit organizations with different capacities:
All Ladies League San Jose Chapter (ALL) as Founder & Chairwoman
Chinese American Semiconductors Professional Association (CASPA) as a member of the Board of Directors
The Auerback Global-Impact Foundation (AGIF) as a member of the Board of Advisors.
