About Jess

Jess is the Chief Growth Officer at The Moxie Exchange, home of the Everyday Inclusion App, after being at Qualtrics for 4.5 years where she spent time leading a Sales Organization, Partner Ecosystem teams and was the Global Chair of the Qualtrics Women's ERG - Women's Leadership Development(WLD) where she really found her voice and passion for DEI.

Jess made the move to The Moxie Exchange with 22 years of Sales, Sales Leadership & Partnerships experience. She's moved across the country with family in tow to take risks, and they've all paid off!

Jess is from Canandaigua, NY, went to Drexel University and played 2 Division 1 sports - Volleyball & Crew and is now Mom to 3 teens where she lives out her athletic fantasies on a Peleton.
