Jennifer Smith, wife, mom of four with a bonus son-in-law has 30 years of experience spanning operations, customer success, sales, business development and organization learning within the tech industry. Throughout her career she has carefully selected positions allowing her to use her vast experience to solve business opportunities across a variety of disciplines.

In her current role as SVP, Revenue Effectiveness at a leading compensation SaaS company, Jennifer’s team focuses on driving effectiveness for the company’s revenue organization with a focus on growth and sales efficiency.  The organization includes Global Enablement, PMO, Solutions Engineering and Sales Operations.  During her long tenured role at SAP Concur, starting in their growth phase, she was frequently asked to take over new departments which needed to be developed, revamped, or built from the ground up.

Jennifer is consistently viewed as a key “go-to” person in service recovery situations and organizational change given her strong leadership skills, ability to drive innovative learning programs, and a talent for hiring and developing high performing teams.
