About Jana
Jana Keck, the easy-to-please minimalist who can backpack in remote areas of Asia, eating unusual fare and doing as the locals do, yet pack twice as many t-shirts in my Osprey because she loves representing all her favorite outdoor brands each day of the week. Before diving into the tech industry, she referred to herself as “a Chinese-speaking accounts payable lead with a medical background” to not only prove that her journey was more diverse than most, but to also make it known that she is a life-long learner who is always up for a challenge.
She’s not your “Average Jan” who is attempting to make an extraordinary impact on those around her. She has never met a celebrity, started her own business, or been given a prestigious award, but in her heart of hearts believes that she’s been graced with the opportunity to improve her corner of the world. From analyzing cancer and blood cells under a microscope to hiking to villages in Southwest China to being up to her ears in financial reports and helping customers utilize technology for spend management, she is on a mission with a God-centric worldview to empower and improve people's lives wherever she goes.
In 2018, a pivotal figure in Jana’s life took a chance on her that eventually led to her current role as a Client Success Manager of Strategic Accounts at SAP Concur. She provides strategic insight to spend and align recommendations with respect to the goals of her customers. The past few years have been some of the most difficult and challenging, but have also been extremely rewarding. Because of the overwhelming amount of mentorship and support that she’s been given, Jana desires to do the same thing for others, regardless of the risk or logic.
