About Belen

Belen is currently Chief Storyteller at Siteimprove, a 600+ employee B2B SaaS company that focuses on making websites accessible. As Chief Storyteller, Belen focuses on creating human-first narratives, showcasing the people that are impacted by Siteimprove – ranging from employees to customers and partners.

Prior to this, Belen was the Chief of Staff at tech giant, SAP. This role reported to the President of Services who oversaw a P&L of over $4 Billion in Customer Success and an employee base of over 18000 people. As the President’s right hand, Belen oversaw strategic projects and was a force amplifier.

Outside of her day job, she coaches high achievers in tech to reframe their imposter syndrome and accelerate their careers. She has a soft spot in coaching aspiring and current Chiefs of Staff on how to get the role, how to crush it, and how to use it as a launchpad for their future careers.

Belen is a personal development fanatic, spending time reading books, listening to podcasts, and getting fueled by knowledge all around. She also enjoys writing, discovering cities by foot, and finding the next best café.

Born and raised in Ethiopia, she is now based in Berlin. She speaks English, French, German, and Amharic.
